It took some hard yards and a lot of songwriting to achieve but I did it! I’m officially signed to New Zealand most respected Publisher. All will be revealed once my 24 song catalogue is uploaded to their library and I can share the links in press release with you. I can leave this hardworking Kiwi team to do what they do best and get on with recording my next 10 tracks with international bassist Mat Fields who has just got back from 25 years working in New York. My music partner Mike Hartley on drums and good friend and guitarist Chris Barclay along with Sherry Grant concert pianist and an array of talented session artists who will all join me in the studio in the coming months. You can catch Mike one I on Saturday the 9th October for a little 80 seated concert in the buildup my entire ensemble joining me on stage at the larger venues in our main cities. I am especially excited to being asked to source the buskers and musicians to take to an outdoor stage at Whangamata on Saturday the 5th September to assist the community rebuild itself after a harsh time with Covid 19.
